Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, while international shipping can take 2-6 weeks, depending on your destination. Please note that I am the only person managing Luzartworld, so I appreciate your understanding and patience. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, I unfortunately cannot control the delivery times. If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking information and then contact your local post office. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to me. I cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen mail; however, please be aware that letter mail can occasionally go missing. I will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for handmade items; all sales are final. For any issues with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with me within 5 days of delivery and provide proof.

Why is there no tracking on my package?

Orders consisting mostly of stickers or small prints (including snail mail) will be sent in an untracked stamped letter mail. This helps keep shipping costs affordable for everyone!

Printful shipping

All items that are fulfilled through Printful mean your order is created after it is placed. 

Production Time: 2-7 business days

Shipping Time: Varies by location. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
